The Car You Choose Should Reflect Your Style
02nd March 2010
It is fair to say that people will choose cars based on different reasons, and the colour is an important aspect. In some cases, people know what colour they want before they even start looking for a car. Therefore, here is a guide to working out what the colour of your car says about you.
Black – it is true that the most popular car colour is black. The Vectra, which is a popular choice in used Vauxhall cars, seems to be mostly seen in black that indicates its true executive style. Most people like black because it looks much more expensive. Having said this, some analysts would say that black cars are for people that just want to blend into society as black doesn’t really stand out.
Red – it used to be the case that red cars were very unappealing, but these days people like to be seen in them. Some see red cars as the ultimate statement choice, as they do stand out. You can’t deny that red cars are driven by confident people. Vauxhall Corsa buyers often choose red as it looks ultra stylish. It’s all down to personal preference, but red has often been associated with fast little sports cars and it is starting to appear on other brand cars too.
Silver – this is by far one of the most universal car colours. The appeal isn’t just because it looks good but also because it doesn’t show marks very easily. If you get your car scratched slightly then it is likely that it won’t make much of a dent. This is obviously good news for you. You will also find that silver is instantly appealing as it looks super stylish when it gleams. In a nutshell, those that drive silver cars like their motors to stand out, but not too much, just enough so people notice them. Confident drivers will generally opt for silver.
